Room hygiene: All rooms (incl. bathroom, toilet, etc.) are thoroughly cleaned daily in your absence. Our housekeeping staff works with cleaning agents containing disinfectants. Our hotel linen is cleaned according to high hygiene standards by a professional company.

Hygiene measures: We have intensified our already strict hygiene regulations with regard to the Corona situation.

• Disinfection racks are distributed throughout the hotel in sensible places (restaurant, reception, seeSPA, etc.).
• Cleaning intervals have been increased.
• All rooms are additionally disinfected on a regular basis.
• All door handles are additionally disinfected on a regular basis.
• All cleaning products contain disinfectants.

Special features on arrival: We take the requirements of the legal measures of the respective government of a state as well as the recommendations of the WHO very seriously and implement these, accordingly tailored to the EIBSEE-HOTEL. In addition, we have prepared a detailed action plan with the help of an external and internal team of experts. Our staff will immediately familiarize you with all the regulations and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Creating special vacation moments for you and your loved ones remains our top priority as hosts. Despite the distance regulation our team will accompany you with cordiality and competence through your well-deserved vacation. We are very happy to inform you about our measures here on our homepage and also a few days before arrival in an information message via e-mail.

Hygiene measures to prevent the spread of the virus in the hotel: We have implemented comprehensive guidelines for the highest hygiene standards in all areas of our hotel. These were developed for the area of hygiene prevention, cleaning and disinfection in cooperation with our hygiene partners Ille & Arndt. Our employees are continuously instructed and trained to maintain these high standards. Compliance with the guidelines is checked daily. Other safety measures will be added to this page gradually, or you will also receive them a few days before your arrival in an information message via e-mail. The recommendations of the WHO as well as the national legislation are not only strictly followed, but supplemented by further measures for your protection.

Medical assistance in case of symptoms: In the hotel, the responsible staff members are familiar with the processes in case of suspicion and ensure that any potentially infected guest receives immediate medical attention and is isolated from other guests and hotel staff.

What do I consider before starting my vacation?

- Only embark on your trip if you feel well and have no symptoms of illness.
- Keep the minimum distance of 1.50m to other guests and employees of the EIBSEE Hotel, as you already do in everyday life.
- Use the disinfectant dispensers that you will find in all public areas of the hotel often and with pleasure.
- Room cleaning takes place exclusively in your absence. Please use the green cleaning card on your room door to assist the housekeeping staff. We ask for your understanding that the cleaning of your room will take place between 9:00 and 16:00.
- If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please use the red card on your room door or call the front desk to let them know.
- Your new favorite place: on our sun deck you will find sun swings, take a cuddly blanket and enjoy the view of the picturesque Eibsee.
- Reserve your desired time for your dinner on site with our restaurant manager Roland Nelskamp.
