Tourist tax: Local tourist tax will be charged separately. A local tax of €3.50 per person (from age 16) per night is charged in Grainau. Arrival and departure days are counted as one day. Children from 6 to 15.9 pay €1.50 per night. When you pay the local Grainau tourist tax, you receive the Grainau guest card.
Holidaying with dogs: Dogs are allowed on request and only with written reservation at the generally applicable rates, only in the rooms on the ground floor. Limited to dogs – other pets are not allowed. Only one dog is allowed per room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, on the terraces, in the conference rooms, on the beach or in the seeSPA. Thank you for your understanding! We are sure you won’t find it a problem to keep your dog on a leash in the hotel, in the adjacent grounds and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The other guests will thank you for this. So that we can clean your room daily, please let the reception know if you are leaving the hotel for a longer period - thank you. For safety reasons, our staff will not enter your room if your dog is alone in it. We charge €20 per day for your dog. In addition, we charge a flat rate of €75 for the final cleaning of the room.

Room reservations: Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm a specific room number at the Eibsee Hotel. But we try to take your wishes into account.
Board: Prices include our Eibsee ¾ board and other inclusive services. Until 12 noon you can cancel the afternoon snack and dinner, the daily price is reduced by €30 per adult, €9.50 per child aged 3-9 and €12,50 per child aged 10-17.
Child prices: 0-2 years free of charge, 3-5 years €42, 6-9 years €52.50, 10-14 years €71.50, 15-17 years € 92 with 2 full payers or one full payer per double room for single use.
For families: Family rooms and suites. Rooms & prices
Single room: In addition to the single rooms, all double rooms can be booked for single use on request and subject to availability. We are pleased to grant you a discount of € 63.50 per day on the double room price.
Payment / Means of payment: Upon departure, we would prefer you to settle your bill in cash. But, of course, you can also pay by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa) and electronic cash. Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation conditions: If you are unable to take your booked holiday and have to cancel it, the following cancellation conditions apply (except from 22 December to 2 January):
- free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival
- 70% of the booked package 2 weeks before arrival
- 70% of the booked package for unused nights in case of late arrival or early departure
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
